Miami Street Art

By Verdina Roka
Miami Street Art:  Art has exploded all over the place!  An especially high concentration of street art and art galleries has come together in the City of Miami’s Wynwood Art District.  This neighborhood is just north of Downtown Miami, between NW 36th Street on the North, NE 1st Avenue on the East, NW 20th Street on the South, and I-95 on the West.  Explore around and about to see it all, like hunting humongous Easter eggs.

A Wynwood Art Walk is held on the Second Saturday of each month.  Studios, galleries, museums, collections, showrooms and such open their doors to the public with music and refreshments.  Book in advance, $30.
